Cancellation/Product Policies

Our goal is to provide a unique, relaxing and custom experience to every guest on every visit. Our aestheticians take time to ensure that your sessions are customized to fit your very needs and this process begins well before the day you arrive.

SKYN Lounge requires a credit card to be placed on file to reserve your appointment and services. Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation will result in a charge of 50% of the services. No-show appointments will be charged the full amount of the service.

Please be mindful that arriving late to your appointment affects other SKYN Lounge guests. Therefore, we may need to make changes to your services, if you are more than 10 minutes late. We greatly appreciate courtesy calls, if you know that you will be a few minutes late.

 

Product Return Policy

If for any reason, a customer is unhappy with an unopened, unused product, a credit will be issued to use toward a future purchase. For online orders, you must contact us in writing with seven days. In-store returns must occur within seven days of purchase with the original receipt.

SKYN Lounge currently only ships to customers in the U.S.

Skincare Product Policies

  • iS CLINICAL products are formulated to be sold in conjunction with professional skincare direction only. While in-person appointments may not be necessary to purchase iS CLINICAL products, Innovative Skincare recommends professional assistance to help select products best suited for your individual skincare needs.  To arrange for a professional consultation with a licensed skincare specialist, please fill out our Skincare Evaluation form.
  • Due to PCA Skin Policy, SKYN Lounge does not sell or ship to customers outside of the U.S.
