Cancellation Policy

Our goal is to provide a unique, relaxing and custom experience to every guest on every visit. Our Aestheticians take time to ensure that your sessions are customized to fit your very needs and this process begins well before the day you arrive.

We do require a credit card to be placed on file to reserve your appointment and services.

Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation will result in a charge of 50% of the services. No Show appointments will be charged the full amount of the service.

Please be mindful that arriving late to your appointment does affect other guests in our Spa and we may need to make changes to your services, if you are more than 10 minutes late. We do appreciate courtesy calls, if you know that you will be a few minutes late.
